EQ sometimes gets overlooked because it’s labeled as a soft skill, but rapid technology change has made only made high emotional intelligence more crucial for thriving in changing environments, empowering others, making thoughtful decisions, communicating effectively, & engaging colleagues. (Plus, high EQ elevates how quickly & effectively employees can boost their technical prowess, too). 

Emotional intelligence influences how people self-assess their feelings & emotions, as well as how they adapt their behavior intentionally with that knowledge. It is also an indicator of how well people understand their social environment & use social skills to build relationships or maintain self-motivation.  

In this session, managers will learn the importance of emotional intelligence, explore the five dimensions that define it, & gain actionable strategies to strengthen their EQ on a daily basis. This session makes emotional intelligence tangible by demonstrating how it enhances teamwork, drives motivation, builds organizational trust & develops people beyond their technical skillset.
