In this workshop, managers will learn how to move from “doer” to “leader,” embracing a mindset that sets direction & inspires teams rather than holding on to too many tasks & responsibilities. Participants will explore their responsibilities as a stellar manager, understanding the difference between task management, performance management & team development, & they’ll practice setting healthy boundaries & living daily leadership behaviors. 

Through this session managers will define their personal leadership brand &  discover how to shift from being the hero to empowering their teams as a trusted guide. Managers will leave prepared to step confidently into this strategic way to lead.
