In this session, managers learn that delegation is more than task-shifting; it’s about empowering others to succeed. Managers will practice the art of setting clear expectations, balancing oversight with autonomy, & inviting accountability through powerful coaching questions. They’ll dive into two powerful coaching frameworks to learn how to complete values-aligned prioritization & how to hand off responsibilities to ensure the right work is on the right desk. Leaders will leave this session with tools to stop being the bottleneck, build ownership on their teams, & leverage AI & technology to create capacity for higher-value leadership work.
