Clear & courageous communication is the heartbeat of effective leadership, & it’s a core element to cultivating a strong team culture. Participants will learn about the brain science behind how humans communicate, & why global listening is key to setting clear expectations, confirming message recipients’ understanding, & building connection with team members & peers. Participants will learn the framework to craft messages & lead meetings in a way that fosters alignment & engagement across diverse communication styles & generations, & practice how to apply these skills in real managerial situations. 

Managers will practice applying these skills to real-world scenarios like designing purposeful meetings, navigating tough conversations, & guiding impactful 1:1’s, & they'll leave with the tools & confidence to create momentum, reduce misunderstandings, & build stronger connections that move their teams & organizations forward.
