Solution
The Perk worked closely with the CRS CPAs leadership team & key stakeholders to understand the specific challenges & opportunities facing the firm. They customized the Retreat agendas, activities, & content to address the unique needs of the leadership team. The retreats included a mixture of interactive exercises, group discussions, self-reflective activities, &, of course, confetti & celebration!
