The Client
The organization’s leadership team identified several interconnected challenges holding back their organization’s potential:
The Challenge
Departmental silos
Silos between departments were limiting collaboration & transparency.
Leader development
Middle & emerging leaders needed structured development & clear expectations.
Limited cross-level connection
Junior & senior leaders had few opportunities to connect, learn from one another, & build mutual trust.
Lack of scalable culture
The organization wanted a scalable approach to building a lasting leadership culture.
The Solution: ACT - Activating Leadership
The Perk designed & delivered a tailored Middle Manager Protocol (MMP) for the organization, branded internally as “ACT” — a name chosen by the customer to reflect the program’s blend of middle & senior leaders & its core philosophy:
Align | Commit | Thrive.
The program was built around three integrated pillars:

Program Design
The four modules selected for the ACT program:
From the cohort, the team was broken out into groups of four for their Peer Pods. Each Peer Pod had an emerging leader who was tasked with self- organizing: scheduling their own meetings, running their own sessions, & submitting notes. This design gave junior leaders meaningful ownership — a key outcome the team was hoping to foster from day one.
The impact of the ACT program was felt quickly & measurably.
The Results
March 2026 was the organization’s best production month since October 2024:
Largely attributed to the Accountability module & the team’s ability to set clear expectations & hold one another accountable. HUGE!
March & April 2026 were both record-breaking production months for the organization.
Cross-departmental cohesion improved significantly, with leaders reporting greater transparency & trust across functions.
Emerging leaders took genuine ownership of peer pod meetings — scheduling sessions, leading discussions, & submitting their own notes.
In Their Own Words
The feedback from the organization’s leaders speaks for itself.
The ACT program succeeded because it was designed around the organization’s specific goals.
